Before founding OdysseyAI, Erik spent his career in enterprise consulting at two of the Big Four firms. He was a Partner at EY, where he led Asia-Pacific consulting work in customer growth and AI-enabled operating models, and previously a Partner at Deloitte Tohmatsu Consulting's Monitor Deloitte practice, advising multinational clients on enterprise technology and cloud transformation.
He holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Chicago and an MBA from Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration. Originally from New York City, Erik has lived in Japan since 2018.
