Naoaki Ueno

Extended Bio

Naoaki has spent more than four decades in Japan's insurance distribution industry. He joined Nippon Fire & Marine Insurance (now Sompo Japan) in 1981, where he spent 24 years before moving into agency and sales-promotion leadership roles across the industry.

In 2009 he founded Kesshin-kai (結心会), an industry association supporting insurance agencies nationwide, where he continues to serve as Representative Director. He has also taught as a visiting lecturer at Chuo University's Faculty of Economics.
